Happy Labor Day everyone:
As you can tell, I've been really getting back into working on challenges and am having so much fun doing so. The two challenges I have incorporated into this one card is from Jazzy Inspirations (color challenge) and CPS (sketch challenge). I have always loved Tenia's creative side as well as her jazzy side (I am a huge jazz lover) and enjoy the color combinations she finds out there - this one was light blue, purple and white. At first, I was like, blue and purple - I don't know about that one, but when I put them together, it was like "BLAM", what a great combination. I really do love how they look together. Of course, Tami's sketch are always the bomb to create and this one was no exception. I was thinking this would make a great guy birthday card, but after looking at it for a bit, I've changed my mind and think I will be giving it to my niece, who has birthday coming up this week.
I have several more challenges I would like to finish up today and then I'm going to take a few days off of making cards and start working on my scrapbook layouts that I have neglected for so long and if I get courageous enough, will post them as well.
