Hey everyone. It’s cold here in my part of South Carolina, but from what I’m seeing on the news, it’s much better than a lot of the places in the northeast and my thoughts and prayers are with all my blogging buddies who are living in the 2-3 feet of snow (that is unless you are one of those who enjoy having lots of snow – me, I wouldn’t mind having a little bit just so Patrick could get out in it for a little while).
What I am showing you today is two of many baby cards I have had to create over the past few months (and from what’s going on in our office, will be making many more in the coming months). There are now 6 ladies in my office that are pregnant, which is so exciting because with a few of them, this will be their first. I really enjoyed making these two cards because there were a lot of new techniques I haven’t tried (like the ribbon on the girl card) and got the sketches from using several of the Cardmaker’s Sketch books by Tanya Fox – I love those and have had so many cards using them.
Jim is off to go get Patrick, who has been with a friend today and I’m getting ready to go in and make some home-made beef-a-roni (that stuff is sooooo good).
Enjoy the remainder of the weekend and I’ll be back soon.

Lovely baby cards Janet.
