... out with Monday, Monday and now I am very happy to say Happy Friday, let the weekend begin :) I hope everyone had a great week and is looking forward to some relaxation. What a busy few weeks it has been for me and I am loving it except for the fact that I haven't talked with many of my awesome blogging friends and for this I'm sorry. It is my intention to catch up everyone this weekend. With it being so pretty outside, it's hard to stay inside.
I did this birthday card for a friend at work and even though I'm not a big button user, I am hoping to do it more because I have seen some beautiful cards using them. I was not very happy with this, but my friend really liked it, so I was glad of that. It's like we always tell Patrick with regard to his trumpet, practice makes perfect, so I'll just keep practicing with buttons and hope to get there soon - they are fun to use, I must say.

ReplyDeleteI think its a lovely card, really like the 'curved' edges. Can't say its lovely how outside here! We have had nothing but rain all week and I don't think next week is any different!! Oh well just have to stay in my craft room!! Have a nice weekend Jill x

ReplyDeleteThis is very cute, Janet! I love buttons but just don't use them enough....too fat for the postage, I guess! I have to be careful not to give a buttoned card to my SIL....she is afraid of buttons! :D We tease her all the time! Thanks also for visiting my blog & your kind comments!
