Happy COLD Saturday everyone:
We are experiencing some really cold weather here in South Carolina, but with growing up in the mountains of North Carolina, it doesn't bother me too much. Well, enough personal stuff, on to the card posting :)
I had a friend from work who recently became engaged and wanted to do a card for her (she is one of the girls who asks me to make her cards a lot) so I made this very simple card. I don't know the colors of her wedding, but know that she is a huge Carolina Gamecocks fan and thought the garnet would add an extra nice touch. She really liked it and was pleased with the extra splash of color.

ReplyDeleteWhat an elegant card. I was going to say simple and elegant, but there are so many little details that I can't really call it simple. :) I love the two layers of vellum. Adds something different and interesting that you don't really see often in other cards.
