Clean & Simple

Happy Monday evening everyone:

I'm so glad to say that because this Monday is almost over and Tuesday will be here soon. I am finally getting myself together after having a very difficult week adjusting to the time change - I don't know why it hit me so hard this year, but it sure did. I haven't been blogging or talking to my wonderful online friends like I should have and apologize for this, but now that I'm getting there, I'll make it up to you all by visiting more often this week.

I was going over all the wonderful challenges from the past month (I just can never find the time to do them in a timely manner) and came across this sketch from Clean & Simple and fell in love with it. Not only was this a pretty sketch, but it only took me ten minutes to make. How cool is that :) This is one that I will be using often. I can't remember who makes the DP, it's some I have had for a long time, the CS is Bazzill and the ribbon is from a goody bag I picked up from a local scrapbook store during one of their yard sale weekends.

Well, off to go over Patrick's homework - they are studying geometry and I understand that :) After all the hair pulling on my end to try and figure out decimals and fractions last week, I'm glad it's on to something different this week. Jim did sit down and explain it to him (and to me) in better detail and whatever he said worked because he made a 96 on his test, woo-hoo :)

Have a great evening and TFL.

Janet

  4. Hi Janet

    Congratulations to Patrick.

We are waiting so impatiently for our clocks to change in the Uk - a week on Saturday so not long to go now.

Spring is here though - last night whilst out walking, it was just light on the way back, we live in the country so there is always something to see, a beautiful white barn owl, a deer on the horizon with the sun setting behind it, two hares playing in a field and birds singing like their lives depended on it. Now I think that is what life experiences are all about xxx
