Hi everyone:
I hope you all had a great weekend. Me and my family sure did - it was a little gloomy here in our area of the world, but we were still able to get out and about and do a few things, which is always a nice thing to do. When we came back home on Sunday, I got online to look at what challenges were out there, took a few of them and headed to my crafting table and was completely shocked by the fact that I did 5 cards in a little less than an hour and a half - that has never happened to me. I was talking to my sister a while back and told her I had over 30 birthday cards to do this month and was wondering how in the world I was going to do this, but with all the wonderful challenges out there, I haven't had any problems. I'm going to show you 4 challenges tonight, so here goes.
The first is from
CPS, which is always providing us with great sketches to follow;
the second is from Janet's "
The Corrosive Challenge Blog - this is the first time I have done one of her sketches and love this one;
the third is from Karen's
Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #39 and this was such a simple sketch and took me no time to do, which is always a HUGE plus.
Lastly, I have a color challenge from a new challenge blog,
Your Next Stamp Challenge Blog. We were to use pink and yellow; I tried so hard to get my camera to take a better picture, but it just wouldn't do it - I promise that the design paper is hot pink and the Top Note die is yellow (can you tell I used my Scor-Pal - the first time and have to use it more often). I hope you get an opportunity to head over to each of these blogs and join in on the fun.
I hope you all have a great evening.
Janet
